DT943H/643H/343H-6/10/16/25/40C.P.R.V series Flanged elastic metal hard seal butterfly valve The butterfly valve is simple in structure, compact, light in weight, easy to install and disassemble, easy to maintain. The butterfly valve adopts stainless steel "U" type sealing ring, which has a certain elasticity no matter in the case of high temperature and low temperature, it has excellent sealing with the butterfly plate. The three dimensional eccentricity of the butterfly valve, after strict calculation, the "U" type sealing ring and the butterfly plate almost no friction, long service life, and has the function of the tighter the closer. The sealing surface of the butterfly plate adopts surfacing welding cobalt-based cemented carbide, which is wear-resistant and has long service life. The butterfly valve has unique structure, and the "switch" can be completed only by turning the stem 90°. The operation is flexible, convenient, labor-saving, not affected by the medium pressure, and the sealing performance is reliable. High temperature, low temperature and corrosion resistance. In addition, the rotation radius of the conical butterfly plate is greater than the rotation radius of the contact position of the sealing pair, so the butterfly plate will be more and more tightly closed when the valve is closed, which can realize self-locking and prevent the butterfly plate from overpositioning.
