ZCM-F natural gas solenoid valve has the characteristics of simple structure, large flow, long life, safety and reliability. It is suitable for city gas, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas and other kinds of gas for heating and burning medium pipeline for two-stage on-off switching, temperature automatic control of the executive structure, it is widely used in textile industry, printing and dyeing industry of gas heat setting and glass, lamp industry of kiln heating and other industries of gas heating automatic control system.
 

 

Natural gas solenoid valve -- structure and principle

 
This valve is a direct-acting low-pressure solenoid valve with a single opening valve. The valve port sealing pad, which controls the medium on and off, is directly connected with the movable iron core through the valve stem.
According to the different switching state when the power is off, it can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve, normally closed solenoid valve, when the power is off, the valve port is sealed by the armature weight, sealing spring and medium pressure, and the flow channel of the controlled medium is cut off.
After the solenoid coil is energized, the solenoid valve overcomes the armature weight and the sealing spring and the pressure of the medium to absorb the movable iron core together with the valve port gasket, open the valve port, and the controlled medium can flow.
Normally open solenoid valve power off, the electromagnetic suction is equal to zero, under the action of the spring to the moving core, the stem lifted up, the valve opens, the medium flow. When the power due to the suction action moving the core down, push the valve stem, the valve is closed, the medium is cut off.

Installation instructions

 
1, when installing the solenoid coil upward, and maintain a vertical position, the arrow or mark on the solenoid valve should be consistent with the pipeline flow, shall not be installed in the place where there is water splashing or leaking.
2. The working medium of the solenoid valve should be clean without particle impurities, and the dirt and filter on the surface of the solenoid valve inner parts should be cleaned regularly.
3, in the case of failure of the solenoid valve, in order to isolate the solenoid valve in time and ensure the normal operation of the system, it is best to install the bypass device (Figure 1).
4. In the pipeline system, the diameter of the solenoid valve installed on the branch should be smaller than that of the main pipeline valve (as shown in Figure 2).
5, before installing the solenoid valve, the pipeline must be cleaned. It is recommended to install a filter in front of the valve and install a trap in the steam pipe.
6. The valve can not be installed in the low recess of the pipeline, so as not to hinder the operation due to the precipitation of steam condensate and impurities in the valve.
7, ordinary type can not be used in explosive dangerous occasions.
8, in the case of insufficient pipeline rigidity, it is recommended to fix the pipe before the valve with a support to avoid vibration when the solenoid valve is working.
9, before installation, pay attention to see the product label, carefully read the instruction manual, and determine whether the product meets the conditions of use.
10, the solenoid valve before and after the pipe need to install pressure gauge, in order to observe the pipeline pressure.
