The pneumatic discharge valve is mainly used for the bottom discharge of the reflector

At the moment of opening the valve, the valve body can be protected from being scoured and corroded by the medium, and the sealing ring is specially treated to make the surface hardness reach HRC56-62, with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Valve disc seal according to the need of the cover are surfacing cemented carbide, sealing pair using line seal, to ensure the reliability of the seal, and can prevent scarring. At the same time, the design of short stroke valve disc is adopted. During the strength test, the test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure, the duration is not less than 5min, and the valve shell and packing should be qualified without leakage. In the tightness test, the test pressure is 1.1 times the nominal pressure; The test pressure should meet the requirements of GB 50243 standard for the duration of the test, and the valve flap sealing surface is qualified without leakage.
