Product Description

Design specification

Installation Maintenance

1, the single suction valve is installed at the highest point of the oil storage tank in order to reduce the evaporation loss of materials and maintain the air pressure balance inside and outside the storage tank. General vertical oil tank, the breathing valve is installed in the central range of the oil tank roof; For storage tanks with heat insulation layer on the tank top, the breathing valve can be installed near the ladder platform.
2. When the single suction valve leaves the factory, the flange sealing cover is made of plastic protective cover, so as to avoid damage to the flange sealing cover during transportation. When the goods are installed on the site, it is necessary to remove the flange protective cover and then vertically install it on the top of the storage tank. The breathing valve cannot be placed horizontally and inverted. If two breathing valves need to be installed at the top of the storage tank, the breathing valve and the center of the tank top should be installed symmetrically.
3, the single suction valve installed on the storage tank is generally used for 1-3 months, it is necessary to regularly check the positive and negative pressure valve disc work is flexible, breathing valve in normal work, will emit "suction suction" pressure relief exhaust sound, otherwise, need to open the valve cover on the top of the breathing valve, check whether the breathing valve disc appears "chuck" phenomenon. Whether there is dirt on the guide rod, if there is timely clean up the dirt, to ensure that the guide rod runs freely. Whether the sealing surface of the valve seat is worn, if it is worn, it should be replaced immediately to ensure the normal and safe operation of the breathing valve.
4. The positive and negative pressure valve disc of the single suction valve is constantly changing and moving up and down according to the rise and fall of the pressure in the tank. When the breathing valve is used for three years, it is generally necessary to replace the valve disc, guide rod and sealing surface of the valve seat inside the breathing valve to ensure the normal work of the breathing valve and maintain the safe operation of the storage tank.
