Y11X type (200P) direct acting film pressure reducing valve introduction

This series of direct acting film pressure reducing valve belongs to pilot piston type pressure reducing valve. It is composed of two parts: main valve and pilot valve. The main valve is mainly composed of the seat, main valve disc, piston, cylinder liner, spring and other parts. The pilot valve is mainly composed of the seat, valve disc, diaphragm, spring, adjusting spring and other parts. The diaphragm type pressure reducing valve sets the outlet pressure by adjusting the spring pressure, uses the diaphragm to sense the outlet pressure change, and drives the piston to adjust the size of the flow area of the main valve throttling part through the pilot valve to achieve the function of reducing pressure and regulating pressure.
This product is mainly used for steam pipeline, which plays the role of reducing pressure and regulating pressure.
