And with reference to the provisions of the "Oxygen Safety Regulations" formulated by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry of China, the design and manufacture of the special stop valve to ensure the safe operation of the oxygen network. The main material of JY41W/Y oxygen special through the globe valve is stainless steel or excellent flame retardant copper alloy, the sealing surface is the body or surfacing welding D802, the rest of the internal parts are stainless steel or copper alloy; The lubrication of the transmission part is made of non-combustible grease, and marked with obvious oil prohibition mark. Structural features

1, for nominal pressure PN≥ 1.6MPa, DNl25 ~ 200 using internal bypass structure; DN250 ~ 500 adopts the outside bypass valve structure. Its purpose is to reduce the pressure difference before and after the valve to avoid high flow rate, high scouring and prevent high temperature, so as to ensure the safe operation of the oxygen pipe network, but also reduce the operating torque.
2, JY41W/Y oxygen special through the globe valve medium flow direction: PN≥ 1.6MPa, DN≤100 medium from below the valve flap into the upper part of the valve flap (that is, low into high), DN≥125 medium from the valve flap square into the lower part (high into low out)o For DN≥125 valve using medium high into low out flow, on the one hand foot the internal bypass valve structure needs, On the other hand, due to the effect of medium pressure, the closing force of the valve is greatly reduced.
3, JY41W/Y oxygen special through the globe valve is equipped with electrostatic safety device, can avoid electrostatic spark.
4, JY41W/Y oxygen special through the globe valve compared with the ordinary globe valve, the support part of the oxygen pipeline with the globe valve adopts a fully closed structure, and the protective cover plate on the support can be opened when the packing is pressed, which plays the role of oil and dust prevention. And there is an obvious oil ban mark.
