JY41 Oxygen flange globe valve
is based on the operation characteristics of the oxygen pipe network and considering the flammable and explosive characteristics of the oxygen medium, with safety, reliability and superior performance as the design principle, and with reference to the provisions of the "Oxygen safety Regulations" formulated by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry of the People's Republic of China to design and manufacture special valves to ensure the safe operation of the oxygen pipe network. The main material is made of stainless steel or excellent flame retardant copper alloy, the sealing surface is the body or surfacing D802, the rest of the internal parts are made of stainless steel or copper alloy; The lubrication of the transmission parts is made of non-combustible grease, and marked with obvious oil prohibition mark. In the structure, the support is fully closed, and has a conductive electrostatic device, and the valve stem is equipped with a dust-proof cap.
Oxygen special stop valve structure features
1, oxygen special stop valve for nominal pressure PN≥1.6MPa, DNl25 ~ 200 using internal bypass structure; DN250 ~ 500 adopts the outside bypass valve structure. Its purpose is to reduce the pressure difference before and after the valve to avoid high flow rate, high scouring and prevent high temperature, so as to ensure the safe operation of the oxygen pipe network, but also reduce the operating torque.
2, oxygen special globe valve medium flow direction: PN≥1.6MPa, DN≤100 media from the bottom of the valve flap into the top of the valve flap (that is, low into high), DN≥125 media from the valve flap square into the bottom (high into low out)o For DN≥125 valve using medium high into low out of the flow direction, on the one hand foot the internal bypass valve structure needs, On the other hand, due to the effect of medium pressure, the closing force of the valve is greatly reduced.
3, oxygen special globe valve The valve is equipped with electrostatic safety device, can avoid electrostatic spark.
4. Compared with the ordinary stop valve, the support part of the stop valve for oxygen pipeline adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the protective cover plate on the support can be opened when the packing is pressed, which plays the role of oil and dust prevention. And there is an obvious oil ban mark.
