But in the application of hydraulic control valve in the project, there are still some misunderstandings, such as the applicable conditions of the valve, the valve design selection requirements, installation points, etc. Therefore, this paper intends to CECS standard "hydraulic control valve application design regulations" as the basis, combined with my experience to describe the above aspects of the problem.

Selection of key points


(1) The hydraulic control valve used in engineering is a product that has passed the manufacturer's inspection, has complete various marks and meets the requirements of technical data.
(2) According to the functional requirements, select the type of valve, and then according to the pipeline transmission medium, temperature, building standards and owner requirements, determine the valve body and sealing parts of the material. Commonly used valve body materials are cast iron, copper iron, copper, plastic and so on. The commonly used sealing surface and lining materials are copper alloy, plastic, steel, cemented carbide, rubber and so on. The valve body material should match the pipe material.
(3) The nominal pressure of the valve has different levels such as 0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5 and 4.0MPa, and the working pressure of the pipeline transport medium should be less than the nominal pressure value of the valve.
(4) The hydraulic control valve setting in the project should have enough space for management, operation, installation and maintenance, and should meet the requirements of the pipeline for the valve.
(5) When the pipeline is connected by flanges, the hydraulic control valve connected by flanges should be used; When the pipeline is connected in a groove, the hydraulic control valve connected in a groove should be used.
(6) The hydraulic control valve should be set on the pipeline with one-way flow of the medium.
(7) The arrow direction on the main body of the water control valve must be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline system.
(8) The pipe section of the hydraulic control valve should not be blocked and blocked. In the highest position of the pipe network and other gas storage section should be set up automatic exhaust valve.
(9) When the valve is installed horizontally, the valve cover and stem should face upward. When installed vertically, the valve cover and stem should face outward.
(10) Strength and tightness test should be done before valve installation.
(11) The strength and tightness test of the valve should comply with the following provisions.
A, the strength test pressure of the valve is 1.5 times the nominal pressure;
B, the tightness test pressure of the valve is 1.5 times the nominal pressure;
C, the test pressure in the test duration should remain unchanged, and the shell packing and valve disc sealing surface no leakage;
D, valve test duration according to the table above.

Structural characteristics and uses


The 200X pressure regulator consists of a hydraulic control nozzle system consisting of a main valve, pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter and pressure gauge. When in use, when the outlet pressure is adjusted, it can automatically maintain a stable outlet pressure.
This product uses the pilot valve self-control, does not need other devices and energy, easy maintenance, high accuracy of pressure control, little influence by the import pressure and flow, reliable pressure reduction and pressure regulation.
This series of valve products are widely used in high-rise buildings, living areas and other water supply network systems and urban water supply projects.

Working principle


When the valve is fed water from the inlet end, the water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control room, and the outlet pressure acts on the pilot valve through the catheter. The pilot valve closes when the outlet pressure is higher than the set value of the pilot valve spring. The control room stops drainage, at this time the pressure in the main valve control room rises and closes the main valve, and the outlet pressure no longer rises.
When the valve outlet pressure drops to the set pressure of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve opens and the control room drains downstream. Since the displacement of the pilot valve system is greater than the inlet water of the needle valve, the pressure in the control room of the main valve drops. The inlet pressure causes the main valve to open. In the stable state, the water inlet and drainage of the control room are the same, the opening of the main valve is unchanged, and the outlet pressure is stable.
Adjusting the pilot valve spring can set the outlet pressure.
