Practice has proved that in the process of cold rolling production and degreasing cleaning, there are more means and ways to control and remove the amount of residual iron powder; In the cold rolling production, select the appropriate rolling oil, reasonable distribution of each frame (or each pass) reduction rate, roll chrome plating and magnetic filter working mechanism, etc. In the degreasing process, select the appropriate degreasing liquid, strengthen the brush roller bristles, adjust the cleaning temperature and speed and the working mechanism of the magnetic filter.
