Product Description

Under expansion type discharge valve product use:
HG5-89-2 lower expansion type discharge valve is mainly used for the bottom discharge of reactors, storage tanks and other containers, by means of the valve bottom flange welded to the bottom of the storage tank and other containers, so eliminate the residual phenomenon of the medium often in the bottom of the container.
The performance and advantages of the underspread discharge valve products:
(1) Corrosion resistance
☆ The use of media such as water, acetone, alcohol, ammonia, barium carbonate, benzene (WCB material finally low use temperature -29ºC, the highest temperature of 425ºC.)
☆ The use of medium such as particles, oil, pulp, carbon dioxide (stainless steel minimum use temperature of -100ºC, maximum use temperature of 232ºC)
☆ It is strictly prohibited to use fluorine-containing ionic liquid (such as HF, etc.) and can not use strong alkali and phosphoric acid (temperature >150ºC, concentration >30%).

The working principle of the underspread discharge valve:
The handwheel of HG5-89-2 underspread discharge valve turns to the right to close and to the left to open, which is mainly used for the bottom discharge of reactors, storage tanks and other containers. By means of the bottom flange of the valve, it is welded to the bottom of the storage tanks and other containers, so as to eliminate the residual phenomenon of the medium often at the bottom of the container. Discharge valve according to the needs of the actual situation, the bottom is designed for the flat bottom, the body is Y, and provides the valve flap of the descending working mode. The valve body cavity is equipped with erosion resistance, corrosion resistance sealing ring, in the opening of the valve moment, can protect the valve body from being washed by the medium, corrosion, and special treatment of the sealing ring, so that the surface hardness reaches HRC56~62, with high wear resistance, corrosion resistance function. Valve disc seal according to the need of the cover are stacked with cemented carbide welding, sealing surface using line seal, to ensure the reliability of sealing, and can prevent scarring. At the same time, the design of short stroke valve disc is adopted. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, food processing and other industries.
