DT973H-6/10/16/40C.P.R.V Electric clamp elastic metal hard seal butterfly valve uses a "U" type stainless steel seal ring, the precision elastic seal ring with the polished butterfly plate three-dimensional eccentric contact. It solves the problem that the sealing surface of the traditional eccentric butterfly valve is still in the sliding contact friction when opening and closing 0° ~ 10°, and realizes the effect that the sealing surface of the butterfly plate is separated when opening and the contact is closed, so as to extend the service life and achieve the purpose of better sealing performance. Therefore, it is widely used in the medium temperature ≤550ºC metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, air, gas, combustible gas and water supply and drainage and other corrosive medium pipelines, is the best device to regulate the flow and cut off the fluid.
The butterfly valve has the advantages of simple structure, compact, light weight, easy installation and disassembly, convenient maintenance;

Three eccentric characteristics and principle
1, deviate from the center of the pipeline

 when the valve is opened, the butterfly plate and the valve seat in close instant contact, the use of the butterfly plate eccentric 1, eccentric 2 quickly out of the valve seat, reduce the wear of the sealing pair, friction torque is small, open flexible. Eccentric cone 3, so that when the valve is opened or closed, the butterfly plate can pass through the valve seat hole to achieve contact sealing. In addition, the rotation radius of the conical butterfly plate is greater than the rotation radius of the contact position of the sealing pair, so the butterfly plate will be more and more tightly closed when the valve is closed, which can realize self-locking and prevent the butterfly plate from overpositioning.
