Working principle

The QFQ-2 stainless steel breathing valve is composed of pressure valve and vacuum valve, which is installed on the cargo oil tank ventilation pipe. It can automatically open and close with the positive and negative pressure changes in the cargo oil tank, so that the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the cargo oil tank is kept within the allowable value. When the pressure of the medium in the tank is within the control operating pressure range of the breathing valve, the breathing valve does not work to maintain the tightness of the oil tank; When the medium is added to the tank, the pressure of the upper gas space in the tank rises, and when the operating pressure of the breathing valve is positive, the pressure valve is topped open, and the gas escapes from the breathing valve outlet, so that the pressure in the tank does not continue to increase; The atmosphere outside the tank will top open the negative pressure valve disc of the breathing valve.

Maintenance

In order to use the breathing valve safely, check that the guide rod and valve disc are flexible before use. The valve should be regularly (within 6 months) check whether the positive and negative valve disc of the vent is flexible, and whether the contact surface of the valve disc is damaged. If there is damage, it should be repaired immediately. After the overhaul is completed, everything can be used again if normal.
