Usage:
 The empty discharge check valve is installed on the outlet pipe of the high pressure feed pump of the thermal power unit to prevent the backflow of the water supply and protect the feed pump. The valve works with the automatic recirculation valve. When the feed pump is under low load or the outlet closure door is closed, the automatic recirculation bypass valve should be in the open position to ensure the safe operation of the pump. When the air discharge check valve is open, the recirculation bypass valve will automatically close.
Function principle and structure characteristics
Open the outlet valve, the feed pump starts, after the water supply reaches a certain pressure, the spool of the empty discharge check valve automatically rises, pushes away from the seat, and the water supply flows out. At the same time, the spool connecting rod pulls the emptying valve plate to close the emptying port. When the flow of the feed pump is reduced, the spool falls, and the connecting rod is pushed to pull out the emptie valve disc, and the recirculation door is opened to maintain the minimum flow of the pump. When the pump is stopped, the spool automatically falls down to close the channel, thereby preventing the damage of the water supply system by the high pressure water hammer.
