Working principle

Access 24V DC power supply, circuit board, proximity switch power, give the incoming signal to open the solenoid valve to make the air source into the cylinder. The compressed air is used to push the piston in the pneumatic actuator up, and the piston rod and valve stem are connected with the positioning card. At the same time, the air compression is used to push the piston in the pneumatic actuator up, and the valve stem is also pulled up, so that the sealing surface of the valve seat compresses the sealing plane of the upper valve body, that is, the upper valve port is connected. When the air compression is lower than the spring force or no gas compression, the piston under the action of the spring, the piston pushes down and drives the valve stem down to close the lower valve port. It is mainly used for fluid switching in the pipeline system, one way into two ways out of the switch, applied to the pipeline system without pollution or mixing.
