The butterfly plate of the clamp type lug butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. In the cylindrical channel of the butterfly valve body, the disc disc rotates around the axis, the rotation Angle is between 0°-90°, and when it is rotated to 90°, the valve is fully open [1].

Structure

Clamping butterfly valve is connected between two pipe flanges with double-headed bolts. Its structure is simple, small size, light weight, and only consists of a few parts. And only need to rotate 90° can be quickly opened and closed, simple operation, while the valve has good fluid control characteristics.
