The high sensitivity steam reducing valve belongs to the pilot piston reducing valve. It is composed of two parts: the main valve and the pilot valve. The main valve is mainly composed of the seat, the main valve disc, the piston, the spring and other parts. The pilot valve is mainly composed of the seat, valve disc, diaphragm, spring, adjusting spring and other parts. By adjusting the spring pressure to set the outlet pressure, using the diaphragm to sense the change of outlet pressure, through the pilot valve opening and closing drive piston to adjust the size of the main valve throttling part of the flow area, to achieve pressure reduction and pressure regulation function.
The pressure reducing valve is mainly used for steam pipeline, which is suitable for steam pipeline with large inlet pressure change and large flow change.
