HX-4, HXF-4 with exhalation nozzle (fire resistance) breathing valve is installed on the top of the indoor storage tank nozzle breathing, it can automatically adjust the oil storage tank internal and external pressure difference, its performance is stable, in line with the Ministry of petroleum industry SY7511-87 standard.

In order to achieve the safe use of the performance of the HX-4 and HXF-4 breathing valves with exhalation nozzle (fire resistance), the breathing valves should be inspected and maintained regularly:
1. Check whether the pressure valve disc and the vacuum valve disc are flexible, and whether there is damage in the contact of the guide rod and the valve seal ring.
2. When reinstalling the pressure disc and vacuum disc, the contact surface should be tight and the guide rod should be raised and lowered flexibly.
3. When starting the new breathing valve, the shockproof objects between the valve disks must be cleaned, and the valve should be installed vertically.
