ZBSF stainless steel flange solenoid valve structure principle

The valve is a step action direct pilot solenoid valve, according to the different switching state when power off, can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve.
Normally closed solenoid valve: after the coil is energized, the armature drives the auxiliary valve to open under the action of electromagnetic force, and the main valve opens under the action of the formed media pressure difference and electromagnetic force. The coil is powered off, the armature parts are reset, and the main and secondary valves are tightly closed using the medium pressure.
Normally open solenoid valve: After the coil is energized, the armature moves down under the magnetic force, pushing the auxiliary valve plug down until the auxiliary valve is closed, because the upper and lower pressure difference of the main valve cup tends to be equal, the main valve cup is tightly covered by the magnetic force and self-pressure, and the valve is closed. Coil power, magnetic force is zero, the armature and auxiliary valve plug rise by the spring action, the auxiliary valve opens, the main valve valve cup medium flow through the auxiliary valve, the pressure drops, the main valve valve cup by the upper and lower pressure difference upward rise, the main valve opens, the valve opens.
