Description

The insulated ball valve is smaller than the general ball valve, lighter weight, and no leakage, good sealing performance, the jacket is welded with carbon steel pipe than the cast more firmly resistant to pressure.

Scope of application

Ball valve with thermal insulation jacket is mainly used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, food and other systems to transport heavy oil, glue and other high viscosity media that will solidify at room temperature.

Structural characteristics

Insulation jacket ball valve with integral jacket structure design, more uniform heat preservation, cold, insulation ball valve than the general ball valve smaller volume, lighter weight, and no leakage, sealing performance is good, the jacket using carbon steel pipe welding than casting more firm pressure. The jacket, the outer side of the valve body and the jacket nozzle are welded, allowing the maximum pressure of steam or cold water to 1MPa.
