GHF-6-8A is a spring limit valve plate, determined by positive and negative pressure or breathe or suck. There is also a gravity breather valve, which is regulated by gravity when the pressure inside the container reaches more than the weight. The valve opens to relieve pressure when the pressure is pressed.
Two, GHF-6-8A- adjustable fire breathing valve product main working principle
When the pressure in the tank is balanced with the atmospheric pressure, the breathing valve exhalation valve disc is closely coordinated with the exhalation outlet valve seat, and the suction valve disc is closely coordinated with the suction inlet valve seat. When the pressure in the tank exceeds the atmospheric pressure value (that is, excessive positive pressure is generated), the high pressure in the tank directly acts on the lower part of the outlet valve disc, and overcomes the gravity of the valve disc and the external air pressure acting on the valve disc, thus opening the outlet valve disc to discharge the excessive air pressure in the tank through the channel, so that the pressure in the tank and the atmospheric pressure are balanced. When the pressure in the tank is lower than the atmospheric pressure value (that is, producing too low negative pressure), the atmospheric pressure enters through the suction channel B and directly acts on the suction valve flap below, and overcomes the valve flap gravity and acts on the tank pressure above the valve flap, thus opening the suction valve flap to supplement the pressure in the tank, so that the tank pressure and atmospheric pressure maintain balance.
