Overview of pneumatic regulating butterfly valve
Pneumatic control butterfly valve is the use of air source drive to adjust the plate opening, so as to control the size of the medium flow adjustable pneumatic butterfly valve, mainly composed of butterfly valve and pneumatic actuator, valve positioner and other accessories. Pneumatic control butterfly valve according to the automatic system of valve positioner input 4-20MA signal, through 0.4-0.7MPa air intake to adjust the size of the valve opening, so as to achieve the medium flow, pressure, temperature and liquid level in the pipeline process parameters such as proportional accurate adjustment, is the best device for regulating flow and truncation of fluid. Principle of pneumatic control butterfly valve
D671X pneumatic butterfly valve actuator is divided into single action and double action principle, that is, the common pneumatic switch butterfly valve and pneumatic control butterfly valve. Single action for air close spring return and gas open spring automatic return, single action is suitable for normally open or normally closed places. Double action for the gas open and close type, open and close need air source pressure, and regulating pneumatic butterfly valve should be used in double action mode.
