Working principle

When the pipeline system is working normally, the debris in the pipeline will be collected on the sewage outlet in the filter network, and it is not necessary to remove any part of the filter to remove the dirt, just open the sewage valve to pollute.
Put the filter valve before sewage discharge, turn down the flow rate, and discharge the sewage.
When sewage is discharged, the steering valve turns to the flushing direction, the water enters from the front of the steering valve, flows to the outside of the filter net, and then enters the back of the steering valve from the outside of the filter net, all the debris is concentrated on the sewage outlet, and then open the sewage valve for sewage discharge, playing the best automatic backwashing filter all functions.

Installation matters

1. The equipment should be installed by bypass, so that the equipment can be repaired and maintained without stopping.
2. The equipment can be installed horizontally or vertically according to the site conditions. The equipment must be connected with the pipeline in the direction of the inlet and outlet.
3. The water inlet, water outlet and sewage outlet of the equipment should be equipped with valves (the sewage valve should be a quick valve).
