041H Quick opening and closing valve
First, overview:
The J041H quick opening and closing valve is composed of MQ1 type traction electromagnet, MFJI-4.5 valve with AC electromagnet, lever, weight, two YBLX-K1/111 type stroke switch and hook. When the MQ1 type traction electromagnet has electricity (that is, open the valve), lift the lever, lift the lever to the gap of the hook piece, the valve is opened in place, then the upper stroke switch is in the state of pressing.
When MFJI-4.5 valve with AC electromagnet power (that is, close the valve), by the electromagnet top rod to push the hook displacement, so that the lever and hook gap out, under the action of the weight, so that the valve is closed, then the lower stroke switch is in the closed state.

Third, the working principle:
Pneumatic valve by spring force action valve in the closed state, pneumatic valve by spring force action valve in the open state, both valves are 0.49MPa compressed air as the power, the valve is equipped with a two-position four-way valve, the principle of action:
1. Gas open valve: the compressed air enters the lower part of the cylinder through the air filter and the solenoid valve, pushes the piston and compresses the spring, so that the push rod moves up and the valve opens.
2. Gas-closed valve: compressed air enters the upper part of the cylinder through the air filter and solenoid valve, pushes the piston and compresses the spring, moves the push rod down and closes the valve.
