YQ44F-40 combined three-way valve is composed of straight through floating ball valve and sleeve type check valve, the left ball valve is connected with high pressure system, the right check valve is connected with low pressure system, the middle outlet is connected with discharge pipeline, when the ball valve is closed, the high pressure channel is cut off, the check valve disc is automatically opened under the push of the low pressure medium, and the low pressure ammonia is discharged from the middle outlet channel. When the ball valve is opened, the high pressure ammonia will push the check valve disc to the seat, the check valve is closed, the low pressure channel is cut off, and the high pressure ammonia is discharged by the middle outlet channel. After the injection is completed, the ball valve is closed, the check valve is automatically opened, and the low-pressure ammonia can be automatically discharged. Therefore, just like the operation of the traditional three-way ball valve, the ball valve stem as 90ºC switch, that can complete the high and low pressure switch.
