  Overview of electric backwash filter:
 
Electric backwashing filter is based on the automatic backwashing sewage filter, the use of the filter before and after the pressure difference (that is, resistance) and rely on automatic components and electric actuator, automatic filter to complete the whole process of filtration, cleaning and sewage. Electric backwash filter in addition to automatic backwash sewage filter of all performance, but also to achieve automation, automatic filter sewage and automatic backwash cleaning, electric backwash filter can be controlled according to the pressure difference, can also be timed control, according to the working conditions need to set any time cleaning, sewage. And cleaning, sewage line filtration together to complete, do not have to stop the flow of water running.
 
Two, the working principle
 
1. Regular backwash blowdown: regular cleaning blowdown, can be set for 2-24 hours of operation. When the timing time is up, when the electric actuator opens the drain valve, the filter will be drained 30~60 seconds later, the electric actuator will turn the butterfly valve to rotate 90 degrees to block the filter cylinder position, change the water flow path, backwash the drain for 30~60 seconds, turn the butterfly valve to reset, continue to drain for 3~5 seconds, and then close the sewage outlet.
 
2. Pressure difference control blowdown: the action value of the pressure difference controller can be set to 0.03~0.7Mpa, when the pressure difference before and after the filter reaches the set value of the pressure difference controller, the pressure difference controller acts, the filter blowdown valve is opened, the end of 30~60 seconds, the butterfly valve is turned to reset, continue to blow down 3~5 seconds, and the blowdown valve is closed.

The internal structure of the hand brush filter is composed of stainless steel wire brush and stainless steel filter screen rotation. Installation and use
The hand brush filter can be installed horizontally or vertically, but it should be noted that the direction of water flow should be consistent with the direction of the shell arrow, and the direction of water flow should be top-down when vertical. When the inlet and outlet pressure difference reaches 0.04MPa, it is necessary to open the sewage valve, manually gently turn the handle to brush the filter, until the sewage outlet water quality becomes clear after the stop brushing and sewage, the whole sewage process system can operate normally without stopping.
