Principle of action


When the sewage in the pipe is in operation, the valve flap stops at the lower part of the positioning frame for a large amount of exhaust, when the air is discharged, the sewage enters the valve, the ball floats, the valve is driven to close, and the exhaust is stopped. The tube will naturally produce a small amount of gas in operation, these gases will be concentrated in the upper part of the tube, to a considerable extent, the sewage in the valve drops, the float ball drops along the water, and the gas is discharged from the hole. If there is a power failure, stop the pump, there is negative pressure at any time when the water flow in the pipe is empty, the float ball drops along the water, and the small hole is opened to drive the large hole for a large amount of gas to ensure the safety of the pipeline.
Note: The pressure of the exhaust valve can not be lower than 0.02Mpa during use. If it is lower than 0.02Mpa, the exhaust valve is prone to water leakage. Must be equipped with a valve for maintenance.
SCAR exhaust valve is the same principle as CARX exhaust valve, only the structure is slightly modified, and the lever mechanism is slightly improved, so that the float ball is controlled at the lower part, so that the dirt can only be in the lower part of the valve body and the dirt will not wind around the upper exhaust port, which will not affect the sealing performance. Fourth, the installation of products

Install buffer plug valve below the sewage exhaust valve: When the pipeline is filled with water, due to the high pressure of the pipeline, when the water flow reaches the opening of the pipeline, the pipeline pressure gathers at the bottom of the air valve. When the buffer plug valve is not installed, the excessive water flow pressure will damage the components inside the exhaust valve, and then occur such as leakage of the exhaust valve, no exhaust and other phenomena, especially the buffer plug valve must be installed below the exhaust valve of the high pressure pipeline;
