Product structure

Plunger globe valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve stem, plunger, guide ring, sealing ring, hand wheel and other parts.

Working principle

When rotating the handwheel, the plunger is driven up and down along the guide ring by the valve stem, so that the inclined cone of the plunger end is separated or matched with the cone of the seat to complete the opening or closing of the valve. Interference fit is adopted between the plunger and the sealing ring in the valve, and the lateral force generated by the compression of the sealing ring is sealed with the hole surface of the valve body and the outer circle of the plunger by adjusting the tightening force of the flange bolt, so as to ensure the tightness of the valve and eliminate external leakage.

Installation and repair
