1, system control:
The system transformer electric two (three) pass valve and the driver are used in the control system of two-tube cold | hot water dual-purpose air handling unit. The system is mainly composed of proportional integral temperature controller, temperature sensor installed in the return air pipe, electric regulating valve and driver stage. The function of the controller is to compare the temperature detected by the temperature sensor with the temperature set by the controller. And according to the comparison results output the corresponding voltage signal, to control the action of the electric valve, so that the air supply temperature is maintained in the required range. The conversion switch of the system is for winter and summer conversion.
2, summer refrigeration:
When the room temperature detected by the temperature sensor is higher than the temperature set by the temperature controller, the electric regulating valve opens and the flow increases. Conversely, when the room temperature detected by the temperature sensor is lower than the temperature set by the temperature controller, the valve is closed and the flow decreases.
3, winter heating:
When the temperature sensor detects that the indoor temperature is lower than the temperature set by the temperature controller, the electric regulating valve opens and the flow rate increases. Conversely, when the indoor temperature detected by the temperature sensor is higher than the temperature set by the temperature controller, the valve closes and the flow rate decreases. The R contact group in the figure can be interlinked with the fan. When the fan starts, the fresh air damper is opened, and the power supply of the temperature controller is switched on, and the whole system is controlled. When the fan power supply is cut off, the fan stops running and the fresh air damper is closed.
