ZCS air solenoid valve, water solenoid valve working principle:
Diameter 15 ~ 100 for the diaphragm type pilot solenoid valve for the secondary opening valve, diameter 125 ~ 300 for the three times the pilot solenoid valve, its structure is mainly composed of secondary valve and main valve.
The solenoid valve for water can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve according to the different switching state when the power is off. Normally closed solenoid valve, normal position, the active iron core seals the secondary valve port, the pressure in the valve chamber is balanced, the secondary valve and the main valve port are closed. When the coil is energized, the electromagnetic force will be drawn on the active iron core, the auxiliary valve is opened, and the medium self-guiding valve in the main valve chamber leaks out, so that the pressure difference between the main valve cup and the upper and lower parts of the valve is generated, the diaphragm or the valve cup is quickly lifted, the main valve port is opened, and the valve is in a path state. When the coil is powered off, the magnetic field disappears, the active iron core is reset, the secondary closure is closed, and the pressure in the secondary valve and the main valve cup rises, the main valve cup is pressed to the seat, and the valve is closed. Normally open solenoid valve, when the coil is energized, the magnetic force is generated, the armature moves down under the magnetic force, pushing the auxiliary valve cup down, the auxiliary valve is closed, with the main valve cup upward and downward pressure difference trend equal, the main valve cup from the pressure to the sealing surface, the valve is closed. When the coil is powered off, the magnetic force is zero, the armature and the auxiliary valve cup rise due to the action of the spring, the auxiliary valve opens, the medium in the main valve cup flows away through the auxiliary valve, the pressure drops, when the pressure drops to a certain value, the main valve cup rises upward from the upper and lower pressure difference, the main valve opens, the valve opens.
