Construction

The gas filter is composed of shell, multiple filter element, backwashing mechanism, electric control box, reducer, electric valve and differential pressure controller. The transverse partition in the shell is divided into the upper chamber and the lower chamber. The upper chamber is equipped with a plurality of filter elements, which makes full use of the filtration space and significantly reduces the volume of the filter. The lower chamber is installed with a backwash suction cup. When working, the turbidity liquid enters the lower chamber of the filter through the entrance, and then enters the inner chamber of the filter element through the partition hole. Impurities greater than the gap of the filter element are intercepted, and the net liquid passes through the gap to the upper cavity, and finally is sent out from the outlet.

Principle

Gas filter, automatic discharge filter core adopts high strength wedge filter screen, through the pressure difference control, timing control automatic cleaning filter element. When the impurities in the filter accumulate on the surface of the filter, the inlet and outlet pressure difference increases to the set value, and the backwashing mechanism is driven. When the backwashing disc port is directly aligned with the inlet of the filter element, the blowdown valve will be opened. At this time, there will be a negative pressure zone between the suction disc and the filter element with the relative pressure lower than the water pressure outside the filter element, forcing part of the net circulating water to flow into the inner part of the filter element, and the impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter element will enter the pan with the water flow and be discharged from the blowdown valve. The specially designed filter screen makes the inner part of the filter element produce spray effect, and any impurities will be washed away from the smooth inner wall. When the filter inlet and outlet pressure difference returns to normal or the timer set time ends, the whole process, the material does not stop flowing, the backwash water consumption is less, the continuous, automatic production is realized.

Selection principle

 

Inlet and outlet diameter

In principle, the inlet and outlet diameter of the filter should not be less than the inlet diameter of the matching pump, generally consistent with the inlet pipe caliber.

Nominal pressure

Determine the pressure rating of the filter according to the highest possible pressure in the filter line.

The selection of the number of holes

Filter material
