Self-operated pressure regulator with command operation principle:
ZZYVP type self-operated pressure regulator with controller is composed of four parts: controller, regulator, actuator and valve nozzle.
The medium enters the valve body in the direction of the arrow shown, and the pressure after decompression through the filter pressure reducer is introduced into the conductor; The other way through the valve core, the valve seat, the pressure after throttling flows to the valve, and through the pressure guide pipe into the conductor actuator. When the pressure after the self-operated pressure regulating valve is higher than the set pressure, the pressure action on the effective surface of the conductor film generates a thrust to drive the conductor spool to close, cut off the pressure in the membrane chamber of the main valve actuator, so that the main valve spool is closed, and the pressure after the valve is reduced. When the pressure after the self-operated pressure regulating valve is lower than the set value, due to the reaction force of the conductor spring to open the conductor spool, the pressure before the valve is introduced into the main valve actuator membrane chamber to generate thrust, so that the main valve spool is opened, and the pressure after the valve rises. Reciprocating in this way, keep the pressure behind the valve as the set value.
