In the key part of the use of fully lined tetrafluoride (PFA\F46) material, can resist liquid chlorine, hydrochloric acid, strong corrosion and other media, the valve body is lined with tetrafluoride to increase the corrosion resistance. The ion pulse nitriding chemical treatment of the valve body of the fluorine lined safety valve or the lining of polytetrafluoroethylene increases the corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistant fluorine lined bellows and the double seal of fluorine rubber O-ring are adopted to prevent the leakage of the medium effectively. The body cavity, valve core and other parts in contact with the medium are fully lined with PFA, F46 and other fluorine plastics of more than 2.5mm, fully in line with the national sealing performance standards. It has the advantages of compact structure, flexible opening and closing, strong corrosion resistance and so on. Second, the main working principle

Fluorine lined safety valve is to overcome the medium pressure by adjusting the spring pressure to achieve seal, generally installed in the closed system of equipment or pipeline protection system safety. When the pressure in the equipment or pipeline exceeds the set pressure of the spring-type safety valve, the pressure relief is automatically opened to ensure that the medium pressure in the equipment and pipeline is under the set pressure, to protect the normal work of the equipment and pipeline, to prevent accidents and reduce losses. Spring type safety valve plays a safety protection role in the system. When the system pressure exceeds the specified value, the spring type safety valve opens, and a part of the gas in the system is discharged into the atmosphere, so that the system pressure does not exceed the allowable value, so as to ensure that the system does not occur due to high pressure accidents. When the medium pressure is reduced to the normal value, the spring force will push the valve disc to the seat, the sealing surface of the valve disc and the sealing surface of the seat coincide, and the valve automatically closes.

Three, the main characteristics

1, corrosion resistance: the body cavity, valve core, valve disc, valve stem are fully lined with 2.5 ~ 3mm thick PFA, F46, resistant to corrosive media.

2, anti-leakage performance: the valve to prevent external leakage using corrosion resistant PFA, F46 bellows and fluorine rubber O-ring double seal, and equipped with anti-external leakage back pressure seal device to ensure no leakage.

3, sealing performance: Because the spool seat is fully lined with tetrafluoride (PFA, F46) soft sealing performance structure, the leakage is lower than the German standard in the IV leakage standard.

Four, installation

1, rated evaporation greater than 0.5t/h boiler, at least two safety valves: rated evaporation less than or equal to 0.5t/h boiler, at least one safety valve. A safety valve must be installed at the outlet of the separable economizer and the outlet of the steam superheater.

2, the safety valve should be vertically installed in the pot dealer, the highest position of the collection box. Outlet pipes and valves for taking steam shall not be installed between the safety valve and the drum or header.

3, lever type safety valve to prevent the weight of the device to move and limit the lever of the guide frame, spring type safety valve to lift the handle and prevent the adjustment screw device.

4, for the rated steam pressure less than or equal to 3.82MPa boiler, safety valve diameter should not be less than 25mm: for the rated steam pressure greater than 3.82MPa boiler, safety valve throat diameter should not be less than 20mm.

5. The cross-sectional area of the connecting tube of the safety valve and the boiler should not be less than the cross-sectional area of the inlet of the safety valve. If several safety valves are jointly installed on a short tube directly connected to the drum, the cross-sectional area of the short tube should not be more than 1.25 times the exhaust area of all safety valves.

6, the safety valve should generally be installed exhaust pipe, exhaust pipe should go straight to the safe place, and have enough cross-sectional area to ensure the smooth exhaust steam. The bottom of the exhaust pipe of the safety valve should pretend to have a drain pipe connected to the safe place, and the valve is not allowed to be installed on the exhaust pipe and drain pipe.
