Product Description

Side-mounted eccentric half ball valve is a new generation of universal ball valve, because of its superior cost performance will be the best alternative to other ball valves in the future. At present, the promotion of eccentric half ball valve in China is not high enough, so the application is not widely enough. Side mounted eccentric half ball valve sealing half ball assembly is loaded from the flange side. This structure is convenient for maintenance, no need to disassemble the whole from the pipe, more wear-resistant, easier to operate and so on.
Side-mounted eccentric half ball valve working principle:
Side-mounted eccentric half ball valve drives the valve shaft to rotate 90° with the help of the driving mechanism. At this time, the eccentric valve disc (hemisphere) fixed on the valve shaft rotates 90° synchronously. Clockwise rotation, eccentric valve disc into the seat, under the eccentric action to form a wedge mechanism. The disc gradually presses down on the seat to achieve seal and close the valve. When rotating counterclockwise, the eccentric disc is quickly removed from the seat, and the valve is fully open when rotating 90°. Scope of application: This series of valves is suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, textile, paper making, water conservancy and other departments in the low pressure pipeline system, but also suitable for sewage treatment, steam, air, gas, sand slurry, pulp and other weak dirty fluid media transmission and interception, throttling.
Side mounted eccentric half ball valve product features:
1, general valve: reasonable design, compact structure, with small flow resistance, good sealing, light and flexible operation, especially suitable for water, sewage, steam, pulp and other media of low-pressure pipe network, can be prepared electric, pneumatic devices, can achieve remote automatic operation.
2, special for pulverized coal injection: used to control dust gas, particle fluid pulverized coal injection and other solid transport ideal equipment, widely used in metallurgy, beneficiation, electric power and other production processes in the blast furnace pulverized coal injection, pulverized system and dust removal system in various pipeline control.
3, petrochemical special: for the petrochemical industry to use high pressure, high temperature, full of flammable, explosive, general weak acid and weak alkali easy to corroded media, with good sealing, corrosion resistance, light opening and closing, can automatically remove the valve surface scaling and other characteristics.
4, blast furnace gas, gas special: the sealing pair adopts CR-MN-Si cemented carbide, fire-proof and anti-static, the sealing pair is resistant to high temperature 560ºC, its corrosion resistance and anti-bite ability are more than 6 times that of stainless steel sealing pair, especially suitable for gas, coke oven gas, water gas, liquefied gas, natural gas pipeline transmission and pressurized door station.
5, slurry mixed fluid special: transport easy precipitation scale, crystallization of the solution slurry, slurry ash slag and other processes in the process of the two phase mixed fluid medium the most ideal process valve, can be closed to break the scale barrier to achieve smooth closure. It has novel structure and unique design, with high efficiency and energy saving, good wear resistance, reliable sealing, light operation, fast opening and closing, long life and other advantages.
6, pipeline special: belongs to the straight-through half ball valve, no diameter reduction, the valve body channel and the pipeline connected into a straight pipe, the cross-sectional area is equal, the resistance is less than the diameter reduction, the full open, full closed as long as the rotation 90 degrees can be achieved, convenient long-distance pipeline transmission control.
Side mounted eccentric half ball valve structure features:
1. Sealing pair (spool, seat) -- bimetal, to achieve metal spherical belt hard seal, fire and explosion proof;
Second, the seal is tight, the sealing of the spool and the seat is spherical line contact, and zero leakage is achieved by three-dimensional eccentricity;
Third, the valve core of the sealing pair has a compensation amount. When the valve is used for a long time, it is found that the sealing pair is worn, only need to loosen the limiting bolt on the handwheel side, and then turn a little when it is closed, it can still achieve reliable sealing and extend the service life.
Fourth, the pressure sleeve can be screwed off, adjust or replace the valve seat, the valve can still continue to use, to avoid the current many valve seal failure after the whole set scrapped drawbacks.
