Spring micro-open closed safety valve refers to rely on the elastic pressure of the spring valve or plunger and other seals closed, once the pressure vessel pressure is abnormal after the high pressure will overcome the spring pressure of the safety valve, so the locking device is top open, formed a pressure relief channel, the high pressure release.
The spring micro-opening closed safety valve is different from the general full-opening safety valve, which can be automatically closed after pressure relief, without manual reset. A41H spring micro-opening closed safety valve is suitable for equipment or pipelines of petroleum gas, air, water and other media with working temperature ≤300ºC. A41Y-P/R stainless steel safety valve is suitable for equipment or pipelines with corrosive media at working temperature ≤200ºC, as an overpressure protection device.
