Features and advantages


The handwheel is made of malleable cast iron, and the shape matches the hand grip, which increases the friction properly and is convenient to open. And shows the obvious "open", "close" mark. Larger caliber, higher pressure can be selected impact handwheel.
Valve stem nut adopts high nickel ductile iron, "T" shape thread with the valve stem to transmit torque. With the increase of caliber and pressure, one to two thrust bearings can be added to appropriately reduce the operating torque. And an oil cup is provided to supplement solid lubricating oil regularly. Keep it open and closed easily. The valve cover is separately designed with packing gland and pressure sleeve to ensure the concentricity of the valve stem. Reasonable packing box to ensure that the valve does not leak. Meet environmental protection requirements.
The valve cover is provided with an upper sealing seat. Meet the requirements of American Petroleum Institute API and British BS standard.
The middle flange connection bolts of the stop valve are made of alloy steel stud. Convenient maintenance and disassembly. The seat is replaceable with threaded connection. Safe to use and easy to maintain.
Castings below DN250 are precision cast, and each batch of castings is identified by the furnace number for easy tracking.

Torque transfer structure


The handwheel transmits the torque to the valve stem through the valve stem nut, the valve stem adopts A182F6a(1Cr13) forging and tempering treatment, the hardness of H320~250 small diameter and low pressure adopts the valve stem rotating rod rising structure, and the large diameter adopts the valve stem nut structure.
In order to reduce the loss of force in the transfer process, the valve stem nut is made of high nickel ductile iron A439Gr D2 or copper alloy (high nickel ductile iron has a certain lubricity), and the hardness is about HB50 smaller than the valve stem.
Large caliber, high pressure globe valve can be in the stem nut above and below the thrust bearing, while the oil cup structure, can be regularly added to solid grease, to maintain lubrication, so that the valve always has a light torque.

Anti-leakage packing box


The packing of the globe valve is made of flexible graphite and plaited graphite, which has both good sealing performance and certain strength.
Packing gland and packing sleeve are separate design, spherical combination, can automatically maintain the concentricity, so that the valve stem in the up and down movement without scratching. The packing gland is provided with steps to prevent getting trapped in the packing box. The threaded tail of the stem is always above the packing to prevent movement from taking the packing out. This stuffing box ensures that the valve does not leak out and meets the requirements of the ring.

Upper seal structure


The valve cover is provided with an upper seal seat, which meets the requirements of the American Petroleum Institute API and British BS standard.
The valve stem is made of A182F6a(1Cr13) or 2Cr13 stainless steel, and the minimum hardness reaches HB200 after tempering and heat treatment, and the surface roughness reaches 0.8μm after machining by external cylindrical grinding machine. The stem head of the globe valve is forged as a whole to increase its tensile strength and ensure that the stem head will not break due to stress concentration. The valve cover is provided with a replaceable upper sealing structure, which forms a reliable seal with the sealing surface on the valve stem when the valve is fully opened to prevent the external leakage of the medium.

Connection structure


The grain gland holds the stem "T" head and is spot-welded to hold it in place.
The stem head and the valve flap are connected by "T" type structure, the screw stem head is designed as a sphere, with a certain hardness, and the valve flap is provided with a softer material thrust pad; And a certain gap is left between the stem, valve disc and gland; The sealing surface of the valve disc is conical, so that the valve disc can better find the center under the thrust of the valve stem, and achieve a reliable seal with the sealing surface of the valve seat.
The taper of the sealing surface of the seat and the sealing surface of the valve disc has a deviation of 0.5~1°. Make the sealing pair to achieve line sealing. It is more suitable for high pressure situations.
