Z11H, Z11Y internal thread gate valve (steel internal thread wedge gate valve) fluid resistance is small, the opening and closing required torque is small, can be used in the medium to flow in two directions of the ring network, that is, the flow of the medium is not restricted. Structural features and advantages of the product

The structure design of gate valve is reasonable, the seal is reliable, the channel is smooth, the flow resistance coefficient is small.
The sealing surface of gate and seat is made of iron base alloy surfacing or Stelli cobalt-based cemented carbide surfacing. It has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and long service life.
Wedge elastic ram or steel wedge single ram structure, large diameter set rolling bearing, flexible switch, easy to open and close.
Valve stem by tempering and surface nitriding treatment, has good corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and wear resistance.
Various pipe flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be used to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
The body material variety is complete, packing, gasket can be reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions or user requirements, and can be applied to a variety of pressure, temperature and medium conditions.

Product installation and maintenance

 

4.1 Product Installation

1. Before installation, check the inner cavity and sealing surface of the valve, no dirt or sand is allowed to adhere;
2. The bolts of each connection part should be tightened evenly;
3. Check the packing parts are required to be pressed tightly, to ensure the sealing of the packing, but also to ensure that the gate is open flexibly;
4. Before installing the valve, it is necessary to proofread the valve model, connection size and pay attention to the medium flow direction to ensure consistency with the valve requirements;
5. When installing the valve, the necessary space for the valve drive must be reserved;
6. The wiring of the drive device must be carried out according to the circuit diagram;
7. Gate valve products must be regularly maintained, not collision and extrusion at will, so as not to affect the seal.

4.2 Product maintenance

Handwheel, handle and transmission mechanism are not allowed to be used for lifting, and collision is strictly prohibited.
Double ram gate valves should be installed vertically (i.e. the stem is in a vertical position with the handwheel at the top).
Gate valves with bypass valves should be opened before opening (to balance the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet and to reduce the opening force).
The gate valve with the transmission mechanism shall be installed according to the instructions of the product.
Lubricate the valve at least once a month if it is used on and off frequently.
